The Annual Father & Son Campout will be June 16th and 17th. All men are welcome, you don’t have to have a son to attend. The campout takes place on Gilman Island, which is reached by canoe. The evening will include setting up camp, dinner, and a campfire with music and a message. Then there’s time to visit around the campfire, stay up late, and sleep in a tent.
If you are using a mobile device, register here.
Plan to meet at 5 PM. The exact launch location will be determined soon. We’ll launch canoes for Gilman Island at 5:30 PM. It is about a 15 minute trip, depending on how the river is moving. You are welcome to bring your own canoe.
Food will be provided. If you have food allergies, please feel free to bring what you need.
In the morning there will be an early breakfast, and then it will be time to break camp. Return from Gilman will be between 7:30 and 8 AM (This is the “official” ending of the event. You’re welcome to stay longer if you wish)
