Children's Ministry Training

Welcome to Christ Redeemer Church Volunteer Training! This was created to be a resource for you as a volunteer, especially in Childcare on Sunday mornings, to be equipped to do your part in Children's Ministry to the best of your ability. May God be glorified in this ministry!

Our Vision and Mission in Children's Ministry

Vision (what we want to see, why we do):

CRC’s Children’s Ministry exists to see God honored as children and families are formed and renewed by the gospel through multigenerational life-on-life discipleship that transforms the Upper Valley community and, through the Upper Valley, the next generation of the world.

Mission (what/how we do):

To nurture families and children in the “discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Eph 6:4) by teaching them the gospel from the word of God through Children’s Church, Sunday School, and other programs and opportunities in and through the church.

Core Scriptures: Deuteronomy 6:7; Ephesians 6:4; Proverbs 3:21-26

Read and Sign CRC's Childcare Policies

All CRC staff, children's ministry, and youth ministry volunteers are asked to review and sign the CRC Childcare Policy. If you are simply looking for a PDF of the policy, select "read policy" below. If you need to sign the policy, the "sign policy" button will take you to the complete policy document that you can sign on the last page.
