Fall Cookout 2015
On Sunday, September 20th, Christ Redeemer Church held our annual fall social, the “Welcome Back Cookout”. This church social is organized by Dartmouth students as a way to welcome new students, families, and individuals and to build connections within the church.
The cookout was held at a student residence near Hanover High School. High attendance at that mornings worship service led to a long line, but everyone waited patiently and enjoyed the opportunity to talk as they waited. We estimate that we served over 300 people for lunch!
Thank you to all who helped prepare food and especially to the Lewis family for smoking the pork, and to our student ministry intern Josh Alexakos for organizing the time.
